Information:

→ Our orders are prepared within 2 working days, then shipped.
Most packages are prepared on the day of the order to allow for faster shipping.

→ The average total delivery time is 6 to 12 business days depending on the destination and the carrier. For France, the average delivery time is 8 business days; in Europe, it may be slightly longer.

→ Example "at the longest": If you place an order on Friday the 1st: it will be prepared during the weekend, and will be shipped no later than Monday the 4th. Delivery will therefore take place between Tuesday the 12th (6 working days) and, at the latest, Wednesday the 20th (12 working days after shipment).

In the best-case scenario, this order will be shipped the same day, Friday the 1st, and delivery will take place the following week! This depends on stock levels and the number of orders we have to process 🐶

→ The tracking number(s) will be displayed in your customer area.
→ No need to panic 😊: tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment

→ Once shipped, delivery unfortunately cannot be expedited...
